Interlocking / V25

An elegant system with smooth, contemporary profile design. Interlocking is often used on modern architectural structures because its dramatic express joins and flat appearance creates sleek and clean looking facades.

Suitable for wall cladding only, Interlocking’s vast tray widths, and flexible express joins, offer an opportunity to design individual and varied wall solutions.

25 mm express depth / 1 mm to 25 mm express join widths / 205 mm to 505 mm cover widths / Up to 9000 mm long panels / all dimensions are material and transport dependent, and open to customisation.

Extensive material suitability. Interlocking can be folded in Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Galvanised Steel, Stainless Steel, Steel, Titanium Zinc and Weathering Steel/Corten.

Horizontal, vertical, and diagonal laying patterns, with custom curve options available.

Polystyrene can be placed behind panels to reduce wind draw on high wind load applications. This backing also increases Interlocking’s acoustic performance; compared to sheet metal cladding systems without backings. Please note, polystyrene is a combustible material. Interlocking is only non-combustible without polystyrene infill panels.
